The staff was helpful I did find free tea and coffee in the morning to be acceptable
The bathroom was small water went all over the floor after a shower. The alley leading to the building was not paved fully it was a gravel road for a short distance. I thought the amenities in the room were very basic

the staff offered complimentry coffee and bulgarian pastries, and thats acceptable.
the bathroom was not good at all. water from the shower covered the entire floor because there was no shower cabin. the pillows where quite uncomfortable. i also found the location not ideal, it requires a walk to reach main attractions.

The bathroom was quite small. It lacked a proper shower stall so water went everywhere after showering. the hotel was hard to find. It's hidden down a back alley.
